I’ve been talking to Nic about this, and I’ve decided to make a new post.

The root of all this mess is the writers, not Finn, not Rachel or the actors playing them. A lot of you are saying that it will not be in Finn’s character to even date or hook up with another girl after he’s shown himself to be still in love with Rachel. Yes, I agree. And I would think that way too, if the Glee writers were NOT the Glee writers, if you get what I mean.

It’s been proven time and time again that they don’t care about the integrity of their characters. If they did, they wouldn’t have had Finn call Kurt the f word, Sue’s baby the r word or make Finn kiss Emma. They wouldn’t have let Rachel still be shacked up with a male hooker. And that’s only just a few of the fucked up things they have done to their characters. They care more about twisting and turning the story. Remember, this is Ryan Murphy, the guy who wrote Nip/Tuck and is writing American Horror Story.

I am not mad at Rachel or Rachel fans or Finn fans or Finchel fans. I am mad at the writers for getting Rachel into that situation with Brody, a character they themselves have described as a wooden plastic Ken doll. I’m mad at the writers for keeping Finn stranded in Lima and stripping him of his dreams and passion. I think it’s actually great that the Finchel fans are debating. But I still blame the inconsistent writers for the convoluted mess Finn and Rachel are in right now. LOL

We all want the same happiness for Finchel and for Lea and Cory to be getting the storylines that they deserve. If we were writing this show, we would never ever let anything like that happen. That is one thing I’m sure we can all agree on.

Just one thing I’d like for everyone to think about.

Finn didn’t just “abandon” Rachel for 4 months. He joined the army, he was in basic training. And then he had a gun accident. Yeah, it may have happened because he was a clutz and clumsy. But you can’t deny that fact that

A FUCKING BULLET WENT THROUGH HIS LEG.

He was probably in the hospital for days, even weeks. Maybe even a month. And no one on Glee ever mentions that. Rachel or Kurt didn’t even seem to care if his leg had recovered. If it had been any other character, they’d still be treated like an invalid.

I have never said this, but I was flabbergasted at the writers for brushing this away like it never happened. If a fucking bullet went through the leg of an enlisted recruit, they would have contacted his family and Kurt would have known about it. Kurt would have told Rachel and she would have run to Finn to the hospital and Brody would have never happened. Instead, they had Finn go hiking through the Appalachian trails for four months.

Not only was he physically hurt, his pride was shot down. All his dreams were shattered, his desire to make Rachel be proud of him, his dreams for the redemption of his father name, all his hopes and dreams for his future went down the drain because of that accident.

And some people do not realize this. They only care that he “abandoned” Rachel.

Anonymous asked: Such a beautiful scene (THE flower scene). I have to laugh because when Rachel turns to leave she has to step off the box she's standing on!!!!

Bahahahahahaha I watched it again and it seems like she does look down her step.

One of the Biggest Mysteries of Glee: The Fluctuating Height of Ms. Rachel Berry, who literally stands tall whenever she is in close vicinity of Mr. Finn Hudson.

The Daddies Berry. I wonder what Hiram and Leroy would have to say about their precious little princess “shacked up” with a potential *cough* (…) *cough*

Better quality video of the Finchel Flower Petal scene.

This scene is two and a half minutes. Two and a half minutes of mostly Cory talking. I cannot imagine any couple on Glee right now that can manage a closeup scene of just two of them talking for two and a half minutes and have the critics raving about it like Cory and Lea can.

This is their hat trick, btw. They’ve done it three times now, the Goodbye car scene, the TBU Break Up scene and now this.
