Oh please, the WH “private club” in that Cory and Lea went to for his birthday (as reported by US Weekly) is NOT a nightclub but the well-known exclusive “private members’ club for those in film, media and creative industries” with branches in London and in West Hollywood. I won’t mention the name of the establishment but those who’ve been following him know he’s often been there for dinner with his friends.
So please stop sending me messages that you think Cory and Lea are out partying. Dear Lord, you all need to Take A Seat.

Blake on working with Cory
TVF: I like that. Well, I know it’s too early to really talk about what’s going to happen in season five, but if you kind of had a wish who you’d love to have more scenes with that maybe you didn’t get to past season, who might you want to have more story with next year?
BJ: I’d love to have more story with Cory Monteith. I love working with Cory. I think he’s an amazing actor. So it’s definitely him, definitely Melissa Benoist. She’s an amazing actress. Maybe Mr. Schue? Matt [Morrison]. Because Ryder has only maybe a couple scenes with him. So I would really love for Ryder to confide with Mr. Schue on his issues and maybe open up to him. Maybe have some breakthroughs with this teacher and mentor.

To watch “Glee” is to risk whiplash.
Despite plummeting ratings, Fox rashly decided to renew the show for two more seasons. Murphy should calculate an exit strategy, to end the series at the close of year six, when the original cast’s contracts will be up.
One way to improve “Glee” for fall: Leap forward about four years — to Rachel’s college graduation. The cast will welcome the age jump. Cory Monteith, who turns 31 Saturday, is playing the only teenager on prime time with graying temples.
Decide on a core cast (and don’t dare forget about Amber Riley’s Mercedes) and lead them to New York to pursue their artistic dreams.
Think of it as “Smash”-lite — only it could be a show we’d actually enjoy watching.
